Vince Staples took to Twitter this Monday to announce the release of his surprise project, FM! on November 2nd.
The acclaimed 25-year-old Compton artist has evolved his craft a great deal since the release of his Hell Can Wait EP back in 2014. Known for his versatility and ability to slide between conscious lyrics and more nefarious subject matter, Vince really has become a Staple of his scene.
On Monday, he confirmed that a host of “California legends” would be joining him on FM!, including Jay Rock, Tyga, Kamaiyah and “many more”.
